I currently have an account with RivetAI. I paid for the premium subscription and it didn't allow me to use the premium features. Then I tried again because the payment hadn't come through my bank. The premium version finally works for maybe a day. Then when I go back to the platform the next day it is telling me to pay for it again.
Then I look at my bank account, and I find not one, but two different charges. And I still don't have access to the premium account. I am very frustrated and unimpressed by the unprofessionalism and efficiency of RivetAI. I would like to request a refund of both of those charges since I still don't have the premium account, and would not like it in the future.
I have requested multiple responses from your company, with no responses from some of them for over a week. I would really appreciate it if I could get some true customer service to help make this error right.
