Redo please. I made some major cuts in my indy film based on the budget number I got from your program. I didn't want to confuse your A.I. so I deleted the project and want to upload the corrected script - but it won't let me. It's the same project - just a shorter version of the same script. Can you help me redo it?

Features not working.
Working on a project and would like to a) change assumptions in the budget and b) reschedule the shoot. In both instances, I’m receiving error messages (or “oops”). One of the key features that makes this software desirable is the ability to easily adjust these things and create a schedule and budget that aligns with the project constraints.

Wrongful Payment + Bad Customer Service
I currently have an account with RivetAI. I paid for the premium subscription and it didn't allow me to use the premium features. Then I tried again because the payment hadn't come through my bank. The premium version finally works for maybe a day. Then when I go back to the platform the next day it is telling me to pay for it again. Then I look at my bank account, and I find not one, but two different charges. And I still don't have access to the premium account. I am very frustrated and unimpressed by the unprofessionalism and efficiency of RivetAI. I would like to request a refund of both of those charges since I still don't have the premium account, and would not like it in the future. I have requested multiple responses from your company, with no responses from some of them for over a week. I would really appreciate it if I could get some true customer service to help make this error right.

No functioning as desired
Uploaded script. Made schedule, which generated a 53 day schedule. Made budget with the use stripboards options checked…. Auto for shoot Created a 30 day budget. So…. not exactly helpful.

JUST WHAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!
Unfortunately I signed up too late to be in the beta program but oh boy am I happy this got released! Coverage was ON POINT! And scheduling + budgeting came very close to the actuals. Color me IMPRESSED.
